Wednesday

2A Division I
Post (15-0) vs. Refugio (15-0) - 7:00 p.m.
Refugio 2020 ATH Ysidro Mascorro: An old school running back who could also play some defense if needed in college. Refugio will sling it around with a couple of good quarterbacks (Austin Ochoa & Jordan Kelly), but Mascorro is the heart and soul. He recently picked up an offer to continue his football career at Sam Houston State.

Thursday

2A Division II
Hamlin (12-2) vs. Mart (12-3) - 11:00 a.m.
Hamlin 2021 QB Braydin Warner: If Hamlin is to capture its first state title, then it will need key plays from its star quarterback. Warner has already started to arrive on some college radars, and a big performance on the biggest stage in TXHSFB will only help his cause of playing on the next level.

3A Division I
Pottsboro (15-0) vs. Grandview (14-1) - 3:00 p.m.
Grandview 2021 TE Dametrious Crownover: Last year's state title game was a coming-out party for 2021 phenom Dametrious Crownover, a 6-foot-7 two-way standout. Elite height, length, and frame potential. Basketball background lends to excellent ball skills. Crownover has more experience on defense to date but may have a higher long-term ceiling at tight end. Alabama, Baylor, Georgia, LSU, Ohio State, TCU and Texas A&M are sampling of the schools that have offered.

3A Division II
Gunter (14-1) vs. Omaha Pewitt (14-1) - 7:00 p.m.
Omaha Pewitt 2020 ATH DJ Turner: Pewitt has several intriguing underclassmen upfront, but DJ Turner has the size and speed to catch the eye of some college programs. He was a state qualifier in the 400-meter dash and checking in at 6'0, 170.

Friday

4A Division I
Waco La Vega (14-1) vs. Carthage (15-0) - 11 a.m.
Carthage 2020 OT Ty'Kieast Crawford: Crawford is a game-changing offensive lineman at this level. He will remind many TXHSFB fans of former East Texas legend Trent Williams. Carthage will need to establish the run game to take home a victory over the defending state champs. Considering offers from schools like Arkansas, Baylor, LSU, Oklahoma, and Texas A&M.

4A Division II
Texarkana Pleasant Grove (14-1) vs. Wimberley (12-3) - 3.pm.
Pleasant Grove 2021 DE Landon Jackson: Pleasant Grove has the size that is not seen often at this level of play, and 2021 DE/TE Landon Jackson is one of the best in the state regardless of class size. Jackson is already ranked among the nation's best pass-rushers in the 2021 class. His exact positional home depends on continued physical development and college schemes, but he plays all over the field for PG. Jackso has offers from schools like Alabama, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Texas and Texas A&M.

5A Division I
Denton Ryan (15-0) vs. Alvin Shadow Creek (15-0) - 7 p.m.
Denton Ryan 2020 ATH Drew Sanders: This game is going to be a battle featuring over 20 D1 recruits. The top-rated prospect is Alabama commit Drew Sanders who will play on both sides of the ball at defensive end and tight end. The No. 6 rated prospect in the DCTF Hot 100 will also get touches as the 'Wildcat' QB at critical points of the game.

Saturday

5A Division II
Aledo (14-1) vs. Fort Bend Marshall (14-1) - 11 a.m.
Aledo 2020 RB Jase McClellan: Top 10 2020 RB Jase McClellan is looking for his third state title ring. The Oklahoma commit could cap off his illustrious prep career by taking home his first UIL MVP trophy. The four-star is a high-volume workhorse with monster production vs. good competition. Unique ability to slash, run smoothly, and finish with power.

6A Division I
Duncanville (15-0) vs. Galena Park North Shore (14-1) - 3 p.m.
North Shore 2020 RB Zach Evans: For the second straight year, No. 1 rated RB Zach Evans will be the top prospect on a field stacked with D1 talent. Speed, versatility, power, balance, patience, burst, you name the characteristic of a standout running back, and Evans checks the box. He can run by or through defenders trying to tackle him. Evans is considering offers from Alabama, Georgia, LSU and Texas A&M.

6A Division II
Denton Guyer (14-1) vs. Austin Westlake (14-1) - 7 p.m.
Denton Guyer 2021 QB Eli Stowers: The 2021 quarterback has already verbally committed to play for Jimbo Fisher at Texas A&M. Stowers is a cerebral, pass first dual-threat QB with a big arm and the ability to make all the throws. He has racked up over 4,000 yards and scored 46 touchdowns this season.
