Each of Texas’ 13 FBS programs are represented on the DCTF 2023 All-Texas teams, which were published in the summer magazine. TCU, the national runner-up in 2022, is tied with Texas and Texas A&M with eight players across the first and second teams. UTSA quarterback Frank Harris and Texas linebacker Jaylan Ford headline a superlative list that names the state’s best player at each position on both sides of the ball and on special teams.
