Sachse is home to elite 2025 WR Kaliq Lockett (6'2, 175), who is entering a crucial stretch of his recruitment — the official visit season.
"First stop is LSU," Lockett began. "The second stop is A&M. The third stop is Florida State. The fourth stop is Texas. Every school is in play."
I want to see how they treat me on the official and also see how the players like it. Because the players are going to tell it all and let it be known what is fake and what is real."
"I feel pretty good about where I am right now in my recruitment, and I am focusing on those four schools," Lockett continued.
After taking visits, Lockett is ready to put a bow on his recruitment and excited to announce his commitment to one of the lucky programs.
"I am ready," Lockett said with a smile. "I'm ready to get this thing over with. Let's do it!"
Lockett is rated the No. 9 prospect in the 2025 DCTF Rising Hot 100.
As a junior, Lockett collected 59 receptions for 1,299 yards and 13 touchdowns.
