Houston wide receiver Sam Brown has opted to enter the transfer portal, he posted on Twitter.
Brown, who began his career at West Virginia, broke out in 2023 for the Cougars, leading Houston with 62 receptions for 815 yards. He was an honorable mention All-Big 12 wide receiver and finished fifth in the conference in receptions per game.
Houston has now lost two of its three leading receivers after Matthew Golden transferred to Texas before spring practice.
