Gunter 2025 S Colin Peacock (6'1,185) is set to announce his commitment between offers like Baylor, Houston, North Texas, Oklahoma, Oregon State, SMU and UTSA during a Special Commitment Announcement on Wednesday (2/28) at 12:05 pm CST.

Peacock is a three-sport athlete at Gunter (football, baseball, track) and helped lead the Tigers to back-to-back 3A Division II state titles.
The DCTF three-star prospect took home Defensive MVP honors in the state championship win at AT&T Stadium in 2022.
"Physically, he is a guy who has all the measurables," Gunter head coach Jake Fieszel said. "More than that, he is a kid who is a football junkie. He understands the game. He is in the weight room all the time, he's on the track, he's constantly trying to improve himself."
