Austin Westlake 2023 DE Colton Vasek (6'6, 230) released his top five: Texas, Texas Tech, Clemson, Oklahoma and Oregon.
"Blessed to be in this position, been a long time coming," Vasek posted.
Vasek has official visits scheduled with Clemson (6/3), Oklahoma (6/10) and Oregon (6/17).
Vasek is the No. 9 prospect in the DCTF Hot 100 and the No. 2 rated DE in TXHSFB.
Vasek collected 56 tackles, 16 TFLs, and 10 sacks to help lead the Chapparals to a 6A state title, earning Defensive MVP honors.
Vasek's father (Brian Vasek) played his college ball for Texas.
