North Texas wide reciever Ja'Mori Maclin announced on X, formerly Twitter, his intentions to enter the transfer portal on Tuesday.

The fourth-year wide receiver, who spent his first two seasons at Missouri, broke out in 2023 with 57 catches for 1,004 yards and 11 touchdowns. He was an intergral piece to a North Texas offense that had a 3,000-yard passer (Chandler Rogers), 1,000-yard rusher (Ayo Adeyi) and 1,000-yard receiver for the first time in program history.

The cousin of former NFL veteran Jeremy Maclin, the 5-foot-11-inch wide receiver should garner serious attention from Power Five programs. Maclin is the second North Texas offensive starter to enter the portal today, after center Ethan Miner announced earlier. He'll have two years of eligibility remaining.
