Five-star Texas A&M commit Terry Bussey had a record-setting night in the 2A Division I state title game at AT&T Stadium.

2024 ATH Terry Bussey (5'10, 170) had a record-setting game in Timpson's 49-7 win over Tolar in the 2A Division I state title game, with the longest touchdown pass (97 yards) in UIL State history and the 2A record with a 93-yard TD run. 

The five-star Texas A&M commit tallied 466 yards and six touchdowns.
