Quanell X Farrakhan Jr. (6'0, 170) announced on social media that he has enrolled at Galena Park North Shore and will pay for his senior season for the Mustangs.
The No. 42 prospect in the 2025 DCTF RISING Hot 100 played at The Woodlands in 2023, collecting 52 receptions for 820 yards and 12 touchdowns.
On the recruiting front, Farrakhan has collected over 20 scholarship offers from Alabama, Florida State, Georgia, Michigan, Penn State, Tennessee and more.
North Shore has appeared in five of the last six 6A Division I state title games, losing to Duncanville 49-33 last season.
