Noah Schuback, a 6-foot-0, 175-pound quarterback in the Class of 2026, moved to Melissa from Hoover (Ala.), where he has started the past two seasons versus 7A competition (the state's highest classification).

Schuback reports early offers from schools like Texas Tech, Colorado State, Marshall and Troy.

Melissa will replace QB Trever Ham who passed for 2,469 yards and 42 touchdowns to help the Cardinals to a 10-2 record. Returning QBs Jackson Nally (2025) and Tate Kirk (2025) were the backups to Ham last season.

Note: Unless otherwise stated, all transfers are subject to UIL review for varsity athletics participation.
