1. DJ Lagway (6'3, 225) - Florida

One of the highest-rated quarterbacks in DCTF's rankings history, Lagway is the complete package. He has a cannon for an arm and fantastic running ability. His strength and size make him challenging to sack. Additionally, he is a team leader with a tremendous personality. We expect big things from Mr. Texas Football in Gainesville.

2. Hauss Hejny (5'11, 185) - TCU

It was fun to follow Hejny's rise. The one-time wide receiver turned quarterback is highly athletic and plays the game with passion. He has a quick release and will press defenses with his throws. He is not afraid to put the ball into tight windows. The expectations are there for him to make a year-one impact. He led Aledo to back-to-back state titles.

3. Michael Hawkins Jr. (6'2, 185) - Oklahoma

A smooth operator under center. Hawkins plays under control and can make all of the throws. He is also dangerous as a runner, using long strides to pick up chunk yardage quickly. He's always been one of the best in the state and silenced doubters with a tremendous senior season. He should be able to be eased in at OU, joining a QB room with Jackson Arnold.

4. William Hammond (6'2, 190) - Texas Tech

Red Raiders fans should be ecstatic about the offense's future, and Hammond is a big reason why. The four-star was a Mr. Texas Football Player of the Year finalist after racking up 5,004 yards of offense and 48 touchdowns in 10 games. Yes, that is an average of over 500 yards per game!

5. Trey Owens (6'5, 200) - Texas

The newest DCTF four-star is a gamer. We love how he attacks and plays with a chip on his shoulder. He was highly efficient throughout his TXHSFB career, but he improved year over year and was playing his best ball as a senior. With his consistent release and arm strength, this pocket passer was one of the eye-openers during All-American Bowl week.
