Forney 2025 ILB Kelvion Riggins (6'1, 210) committed to Texas A&M during a press conference at Forney. The four-star prospect picked Mike Elko's Aggies over offers from Georgia and Tennessee.

Riggins is rated as the No. 1 ILB in the 2025 DCTF Rising Hot 100 and is one of the state's most heavily offered prospects, boasting 38 total offers (36 FBS).

"College Station is a beautiful culture," Riggins said. "Every time we go down there, it is like family. It's not even a recruit trip; it's all love."

A recent trip to College Station to meet with Mike Elko and Jay Bateman helped seal the deal on Riggins' commitment, as he got a high level of comfortability from the new staff.

"It was just awesome," Riggins recalled. "As soon as I came in, I felt welcomed. Everyone still knew me, even with a whole new staff. Thet were just excited for me to be there."

As a junior, Riggins helped lead Forney to a 13-2 record. He collected 102 tackles, seven TFLs and six sacks to earn second-team all-district honors.
