TXHSFB and recruiting fans had better get familiar with the name of DB Donovan Webb. Following a tremendous sophomore season at Frisco Panther Creek, he is carving out his path to next-level stardom with Baylor and Texas State offers.

Frisco Panther Creek 2026 DB Donovan Webb (6'0, 175) had a breakout sophomore season, racking up 109 tackles and four interceptions. He recently picked up his first offer from the Baylor Bears and the Texas State Bobcats became offer No. 2 today. 

He is also hearing from and took visits to several other P5 in-state programs and he spoke about them in the interview below.
