Bruce replaces John Tarvin who got the fledgling Legacy program off the ground in 2018 and led the Titans to the area playoffs a year ago. Coach Bruce is the brother of current San Antonio Wagner head coach Charles Bruce.

Lucas who has only been a head coach at Rotan and Hamlin will try his hand at a larger program in Sweetwater that on paper appears to be primed for a breakout season in 2021 after a district title and area round playoff appearance in 2020.
