These Districts are LOADED with Future College Football Stars

11-6A

Lancaster, DeSoto, Duncanville, Cedar Hill, Waxahachie, Mesquite Horn, Dallas Skyline, Mesquite

The stars will be on display every Friday night. Duncanville and DeSoto are two of the richest programs regarding D1 talent. The Panthers boast 2025 WR Dakorien Moore (LSU commit), the No. 1-rated prospect in the state, and the Eagles have No. 1 2025 RB Tiger Riden (35+ offers)

But every school in this district has a top-rated talent on the team. Cedar Hill has it up front with 2025 OL Jordan and Devin Coleman. Skyline has fearsome 2025 LB Elijah Barnes. Mesquite Horn's roster is littered with stars, including 2025 OT Lamont Rogers. Waxahachie has one of the league's bright young stars in 2027 ATH JayQuan Snell

9-5A Division II

Alvin Iowa Colony, Baytown Lee, Rosenberg Terry, Richmond Randle, Texas City, Fort Bend Marshall, Santa Fe, Lamar Consolidated

Not only is this district a lot of fun, but it is also talent-laden. Iowa Colony and Richmond Randle are two programs that are up-and-coming and have a lot of talented players to know, like 2027 RB Landen Williams-Callis (Randle), who has already earned offers from Alabama, Georgia, Oregon, Texas, Texas A&M and USC.

Fort Bend Marshall is always a prospect powerhouse and its talent has never been stronger. 2026 S Isaiah Williams is a serious contender to be the state's top prospect in the 2026 cycle, and he already has 20+ scholarship offers.

7-4A Division II

Gilmer, Texarkana Pleasant Grove, Van, Longview Spring Hill, Pittsburg, Paris North Lamar

We swing out to East Texas to take a closer look at 4A, where Gilmer and Pleasant Grove will be the cream of the crop.

Gilmer will have to reload after losing some top talent, but it will start with two-way 2025 ATH Brendan Webb, who made a name for himself in the state title game.

Pleasant Grove is home to 2025 DE/TE Lance Jackson. The No. 10 prospect in his class is already verbally committed to the Texas Longhorns. Rising 2027 ATH Kedrid Smith will be the school's next big star.

12-3A Division I

Columbus, Hallettsville, Hempstead, Hitchcock, Yoakum

Columbus is home to four-star 2025 QB Adam Scholbel (Baylor commit) and three-star DE/LB/TE John Schobel, who owns offers from schools like Baylor, Houston, Sam Houston TCU and UTEP.

Hitchcock returns Texas Tech 2025 QB commit Lloyd Jones and 2025 four-star ATH Kelshaun Johnson, who is one of the state's fastest prospects.

Don't sleep on Yoakum 2026 ATH Xzavier Barnett, the 6-foot-3, 190-pounder appears on DCTF's 2026 five-star watchlist.
