WR Dre'lon Miller (6'0, 200) - Silsbee: The one-time Texas A&M commit had Duke in his Top 9 and is the highest-rated uncommitted recruit in the state.

QB DJ Lagway (6'2, 225) - Willis: The top-rated quarterback and Florida Gators commit had an offer from Elko and Co., and seriously considered A&M. It may be a longshot, but you have to try.

Did You Know? The Woodlands QB Mabrey Mettauer also had a Duke offer.

CB Kobe Black (6'0, 190) - Waco Connally: Black has been considered a Texas Longhorns lean for quite some time, but he has never pulled the trigger on a commitment. This one could reinvigorate the recruiting rivalry between A&M and UT.

RB Kewan Lacy (5'11, 195) - Lancaster: The four-star is in the middle of a tremendous senior season, possesses elite track speed, and is currently uncommitted. Alabama, Missouri and SMU are chasing him the hardest.

CB Selman Bridges (6'3, 170) - Lake Belton: The Arkansas commit has a good situation in Fayetteville, but cornerback could be a position of need. Bridges is a rare talent with the size to match up with big outside receivers.

S Paul Mencke Jr. (6'2, 175) - Schertz Clemens: The current Duke commit is one of the most versatile safeties in the state with good range and length. Texarkana Pleasant Grove S Kaden McFadden (5'10, 170) is also committed to Duke.

S/OLB Maurice Williams (6'1, 200) - Shadow Creek: He's the highest-rated UH commit since Ed Oliver and was also at one tme committed to LSU. His speed, versatility, and potential to play in the box is alluring.

OT Bennett Warren (6'7, 300) - Fort Bend Christian Academy: Texas A&M topped his ist at one point, and the Aggies still need to replace the hole left by Beaumont United OT Weston Davis's decommitment.

DT Carlon Jones (6'2, 275) - Bay City: No prospect has rocketed up recruiting boards faster than Jones. He is powerful with long arms. He would need to be flipped from Nebraska.

WR Jadon Porter (6'0, 185) - Lorena: He has been a longtime Baylor commit, so he has not generated a lot of buzz, but he is one of the state's best prospects. He just lost his OC, and there is turmoil in Waco.
