DCTF has the latest on some of the top uncommitted recruits in Texas, including Lake Belton five-star wide receiver Micah Hudson, Lancaster four-star defensive back Corian Gipson and Lindale four-star offensive tackle Casey Poe.

WR Micah Hudson - Lake Belton: It's past time for someone to publicly declare that Texas Tech is Hudson's leader. So here it is! Tech has done a tremendous job in this recruitment and is in the pole position as the official visit season approaches.
CB Corian Gipson - Lancaster: Gipson hinted at a quick commitment following an unofficial visit and offer from Clemson at the Texas Relays. However, the longer it plays out, the better for all the other schools. Texas remains in a firm position here and many behind the scenes still consider the Longhorns the leader.
OT Casey Poe - Lindale: Poe has some unique connections to Texas Tech, but Georgia, Alabama, Clemson and Oklahoma are serious threats to lure him out of state. He most recently took an official visit to UGA, and the defending National Champs impressed. Poe will announce his selection prior to the kickoff for his senior season.
