Five Prospects to Watch in Division II & Division III

2024 WR Dre'lon Miller (6'0, 200) - Silsbee: The No. 3 prospect in the 2024 DCTF Rising Hot 100 is set to decide on June 29th, and schools like Texas A&M, LSU, Miami (FL), and USC are in the hunt. Will he be named a five-star with a strong performance?

2024 LB Ty'Anthony Smith (6'2, 205) - Jasper: The No. 1 ILB in the state leads a talented Jasper roster that also boasts 2024 WR Britain Simmons and 2025 TE Kiotti Armstrong. Smith is fresh off of official visits to Texas, Texas A&M, Alabama and USC.

2024 WR Jadon Porter (6'0, 185) - Lorena: Don't sleep on the longtime Baylor commit. Porter is a touchdown machine, and he was an unstoppable force the past two times we saw him at the event. Porter is rated as a DCTF four-star.

2024 ATH Aeryn "Bubba" Hampton (5'10, 175) - Daingerfield: Hampton is set to decide between Texas and Alabama on July 7th. The talented two-way prospect is rated as a DCTF four-star and is a highlight play waiting to happen, whether he's lined up at WR or DB.

2025 TE/DE Lance Jackson (6'5, 245) - Pleasant Grove: The No. 10 rated prospect in the 2025 DCTF Rising Hot 100 burst onto the recruiting scene at this event as a freshman a couple of years ago, and since then, he has picked up over 20 scholarship offers. He is the younger brother of Arkansas DE Landon Jackson.

Ten Prospects to Watch in Division I

2024 WR Micah Hudson (6'1, 195) - Lake Belton: Hudson is already cemented as a DCTF five-star prospect and one of the most highly recruited prospects in the nation, with schools like Texas, Texas Tech, Alabama, Georgia and Ohio State in the mix.

2024 QB DJ Lagway (6'3, 210) - Willis: The No. 1 rated QB in the Class of 2024 enters the event from a strong showing at the Elite 11. The Florida verbal commitment has already accepted an invitation to play in the Under Armour All-America Game.

2024 S/LB Maurice Williams (6'0, 185) - Shadow Creek: The DCTF four-star has been a longtime LSU commitment, and he has been rated amongst the top players in the state from the jump. He could play safety or linebacker in Baton Rouge.

2024 WR Zion Kearney (6'3, 195) - Fort Bend Hightower: Kearney is a freakish athlete who observers must stop in and check out. It is rare that you see someone at his size run this well. The Oklahoma commit has been clocked with a 4.28 40-yard dash. While you're there, check out his teammate, RB Jeremy Payne, who just committed to TCU.

2024 CB Selman Bridges (6'3, 170) - Lake Belton: Bridges is a long and rangy cornerback prospect who has caught the attention of the nation's elite, and currently seems focused on schools like TCU, Texas, Arkansas and USC.

2025 WR Andrew Marsh (6'0, 175) - Katy Jordan: Marsh's rating as the No. 5 prospect in the state puts him in the mix for five-star status. He has 30 scholarship offers, including TCU, Texas A&M, Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Ohio State, Oklahoma, etc.

2025 WR Taz Williams (6'0, 175) - Red Oak: Williams is rated as the No. 8 prospect in the state and has dominated every 7v7 event that we have seen him at this year, and he's been rewarded with over 40 offers (all the big ones you can think of). 2026 WR Brayden Robinson is another must-see on Red Oak's roster.

2025 RB Deondre "Tiger" Riden (5'10, 190) - DeSoto: The leading rusher on the 6A Division II state championship team is one of the best all-around athletes in the 2025 class. He has an abundance of college attention coming his way from schools like Texas, Texas A&M, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Ohio State, USC and more.

Riley PettIjohn (6'2, 205) - McKinney: Pettjohn quickly passes the eyeball test, and he has been one of the state's hottest recruits this spring, picking up offers hand over fist. McKinney boasts a number of other impressive physical specimens, so they are a must-see team who will wow onlookers.

2025 QB Ty Hawkins (6'0, 185) - San Antonio Johnson: The DCTF four-star is up to 12 offers featuring schools like Baylor, Houston, SMU, Texas Tech, UTSA, Oklahoma State, Ole Miss and Oregon. He is a dual-threat, but don't sleep on his talent as a passer. He's extremely sharp and accurate.
