Five-star Richmond Randle 2027 RB Landen Williams-Callis (5-8, 190) continues to work through one of the busiest recruitments in the country. Holding 72 total offers — including 64 from FBS programs — has narrowed his focus, trimming his list to a Top 15.
Alabama, Florida, Florida State, Houston, Indiana, LSU, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio State, Oregon, SMU, Texas, Texas A&M, UCLA and USC remain in contention.
In-state programs Houston, SMU, Texas and Texas A&M are still firmly in the mix to keep the explosive playmaker at home in the Lone Star State.
The No. 3 overall prospect in Texas has produced eye-popping numbers. As a junior, he rushed for more than 3,500 yards and scored 60 total touchdowns. Over three varsity seasons, Williams-Callis has totaled more than 8,200 all-purpose yards and 132 touchdowns.
“He’s just very focused right now,” said Richmond Randle head coach Brian Randle. “I’ve never seen him this focused before, to be honest. It’s going to be a very exciting year because he’s going to rise and make sure everyone elevates their game. It’s his turn. It’s his team.”
Williams-Callis is the cousin of former Oregon State RB stars Jaquizz and James Rodgers and like them he blends speed, power and pass-catching ability.
He is TXHSFB's version of Reggie Bush.
