QB: Nelson Peterson (6'2, 185), Forney
The younger brother of Adrian Peterson is a two-way threat who proved he has both the athletic and arm upside to thrive at the next level. He piled up over 3,000 yards and 33 scores last season. UTSA was his latest offer. Peterson was one of the 'Genetic Cheat Codes' at the Elite 11 in Austin.
RB: Davis Penn (5'10, 190), Southlake Carroll
An injury cut his junior season short, but the former Baylor commit is a bona fide star who averages big numbers. Colorado was his latest P4 offer, and he also took official visits to Rice and Tulane. Whoever lands him gets a steal.
RB: Jorden Prince (6'0, 180), Beckville
The DCTX three-star set a school record with 2,322 yards last season, a mark that tops his older brother and current Texas Tech RB J’Koby Williams, who is third with 1,902. Prince is a small-school dominator with skills to succeed in college. SFA and UTEP are among his recent offers.
WR: Henry Harris (6'3, 190), San Marcos
One of the most physically imposing prospects in the state, Harris can beat defenders deep or use his size to shield them underneath. He also contributes valuable snaps on defense, showcasing his versatility.
WR: Malachi Augustus (6'1, 175), Aldine Nimitz
Well-known in the area as one of the best athletes, Augustus posted over 900 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns last season. His playmaking has earned offers from Arkansas State, Memphis, Lamar and others.
WR: Juwaan Woodbury (6'1, 175), Galveston Ball
A standout at the UA Camp in Houston, Woodbury hauled in over 1,000 yards and six touchdowns last season. He is set to be the Tornadoes’ offensive star and holds offers from UTEP, Texas State and Colorado State.
TE: Ben Bays (6'4, 220), Boerne
The TE MVP at the Next Level Athlete Showcase in Houston, Bays also shines at defensive end but we like his fit as an athletic tight end. He has several schools recruiting him, and a strong start to 2025 could push more FBS opportunities his way.
OT: Nick Henry (6'5, 290), San Marcos
Big and powerful at the point of attack, Henry already holds offers from North Texas, Texas State, UTEP, Pitt and more. With San Marcos on the rise, his recruiting stock should continue to climb.
OG: Adedapo Adetosoye (6'3, 285), Katy
Following a strong offseason, Adetosoye landed offers from Lamar and Northwestern State. He is the latest lineman to develop into a college-ready prospect under Gary Joseph, whose program has produced top-tier OLs season after season.
OC: Jakorey Lewis (6'2, 265), Bellville
Though not the biggest, Lewis compensates with athleticism and physicality. A four-year starter, he gets off the line quickly and consistently drives defenders into the turf. His offers include UTEP, Lamar and Midwestern State.
OG: Baine Jenschke (6'3, 275), Wall
Allowed zero sacks on 388 pass attempts last year and recorded 53 pancakes. With multiple offers already, Jenschke is certain to play at the next level.
OT: Josiah Evans (6'4, 275), Galveston Ball
Evans is being pursued by numerous FBS programs. Ball head coach Omasha Brantley calls him “fierce, physical and athletic.”
Utility: La'Keyleon Graves (6'2, 185), Kilgore
A star on both sides of the ball, Graves caught 48 passes for 987 yards and 13 touchdowns while adding 136 tackles, six TFLs, three sacks, six PBUs and three interceptions on defense He holds high interest in Houston, Wake Forest and Texas State and could make a decision very soon.
