South Oak Cliff 2025 LB Kelvion Riggins (6'0, 205) is rated as a DCTF four-star prospect who has already secured offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Arkansas, Baylor, Cincinnati, Colorado, Florida, Florida A&M, LSU, Miami (FL), Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, North Texas, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Ole Miss, Oregon, SMU, TCU, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M, Texas State, Texas Tech, UNLV, USC and UTSA.
Riggins collected 55 tackles, 12 tackles for a loss, and 4.5 sacks to earn first-team all-district honors and help lead South Oak Cliff to a 5A Division II state championship as a sophomore in 2022.
In the interview below, we speak to Riggins specifically about offers from Texas A&M, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma and Tennessee, all schools that look like they have a decent shot at landing his commitment when it comes time to decide.
