We at Dave Campbell's Texas Football are thrilled for y'all to see the much-needed refresh to the Football Friday app!
There will be a new look that is easier to use and navigate with many new features to go along with the old features that you've come to expect and love.
This roll out is going to be taking place in the next couple of months, well before the season kickoff!
One of the key features of the new app is its integration with the rest of the TexasFootball.com ecosystem. Our single sign on system ensures that you will have to remember only one username and password for all existing and future digital content.
We are excited that many of you already have a TexasFootball.com login, but to ease the integration we need you to be sure that the email that you have in the old app matches the email you may have used to create your TexasFootball.com account. If you do NOT have a TexasFootball.com login, don’t worry - we will automatically be creating a new account for you (IT'S COMPLETELY FREE!). We will send you login information in the coming months that will work with the new app.
Your settings from the old app (Status, Friends and Favorite Teams) will all be transferred over to the new app. But we have to have a valid email on file for this transfer to work. Please take a second to check the email that you have set up in the old app. You can find the current email address we have for you on your “profile page”. Please be sure that we can reach you on that email address. You need to be sure that you have added or updated your email address in the old app before it is replaced in the next 45 to 60 days. So please check it now so we can get everything transferred over to the new system.
