"I have a young man named Lance Clark that I would like to recognize. Lance was a four year starter on the Varsity Football Team. He made 1st Team All-District DB in the 9th grade, 2nd Team DB in the 10th Grade, 1st Team All-District DB and WR in the 11th Grade and was Voted the Districts Offensive Player of the Year his Senior Year in 12-4A. Lance Received a Full Scholarship to play Football at Texas Southern University."
