The SEC is announcing future schedules on Tuesday night, but the three annual opponents that each conference team will face was leaked on Monday by On3. These matchups are set for the next four seasons in the new nine-game league schedule that will start in 2026. That nine-game schedule includes the three annual opponents and six rotational opponents so that every team plays every other team at least once every two years with a home game against them at least once every four years.

Texas’ three opponents were obvious. The Horns will keep the annual Red River Rivalry against Oklahoma at the State Fair in Dallas. They’ll also play Texas A&M and Arkansas every year. Texas has played those three opponents a combined 319 times in its football history and face all three this season with both Arkansas and Texas A&M visiting DKR Stadium in Austin over the last two games of the season.

Texas A&M’s two opponents other than Texas are LSU and Missouri. The Aggies and Tigers have built a true rivalry since Texas A&M joined the SEC. Texas A&M and Missouri are old Big 12 partners who moved to the SEC at the same time. The Aggies play all three of their future annual opponents in 2025, as well.

The six rotating opponents for Texas and Texas A&M in 2026 and 2027, as well as the rest of the SEC, will be announced Tuesday night at 6 p.m. CDT on ESPN2 and the SEC Network.
