The Dave Campbell’s Texas Football 2025 Midseason All-Texas college football teams include 56 players with at least one representative from 12 of the 13 FBS programs in the Lone Star State. Texas A&M and Texas Tech lead the way with eight selections each. Texas, Baylor, and Houston are next with six each. SMU earned five spots, while TCU has four. North Texas and Texas State are the most-represented G5 programs with four each.

Forty-five of the 56 play in the Power Four ranks, while 13 compete in the G5, illustrating a growing gap between the haves and the have-nots in college football because of NIL and the transfer portal. The seven P4 teams in Texas are a combined 33-9 compared to a combined 15-22 record for the six G5 squads.
