Last year's 3A Division II state champion, Wall (370 enrollment) has moved up to 3A Division I and is now considered as one of the smallest schools competing at the level and will enter 2026 with the tough task of replacing a strong core of senior talent.   

The 3A Division I champ Yoakum (459 enrollment) is right in the middle of 3A Division I but it too willhave to reload as four-star ATh X'Zavier Barnett is off to SMU after scoring five touchdowns in the Bulldogs 45-29 win over Grandview.
