WATCH: Mississippi State signee Camden Capehart Three-Peats in 100M Dash

The Mississippi State wide receiver signee won his third-consecutive gold medal in the 100m dash with the seventh-fastest time in US High School History.

AUSTIN -- Winnsboro senior and Mississippi State football signee Camden Capehart closed his historic track career with an all-time performance at the UIL State Track and Field meet in Austin.

Capehart won his third consecutive gold medal in the Class 3A 100M dash with a wind-legal 10.02. According to Texas MileSplit, it is the 7th fastest time in United States high school history. Capehart that feat by earning a second gold medal in the Class 3A 200M dash with a time of 20.48. 

The 5-foot-8, 165-pound wide receiver is Winnsboro's career leader with 129 receptions, 3,237 receiving yards, and 55 touchdowns in three years as a starter.
