Texas Tech Lands Rising 100 OT Ellis Davis from Prosper

Joey McGuire and the Texas Tech Red Raiders have landed a major commit by way of 2024 DCTF Rising Hot 100 offensive tackle Ellis Davis from Prosper.

Prosper 2024 OT Ellis Davis (6'5, 260) has committed to Texas Tech over offers from TCU, Texas A&M, Oklahoma and Stanford.

Relationships were integral in Davis' commitment to Texas Tech, and Davis credits James Blanchard and Brian Nance for helping establish a strong connection in Lubbock. Texas Tech was the first school to offer and that was also impactful.
