McKinney welcomes in ATH Godspower Nwawuihe, an athlete who has racked up over 4,500 yards and 58 touchdowns over the past two seasons!

2024 three-star QB/ATH Godspower Nwawuihe (5'11, 195) has moved into the McKinney school district after starring at North Garland for the past two seasons.

With his ability to run and throw, Nwawuihe will be a versatile weapon in the Lions' offensive scheme, which already features one of the state's top-rated running backs, Bryan Jackson.

As a junior, Nwawuihe passed for 1,151 yards, rushed for 790 yards, and scored 26 total touchdowns, building on a sophomore season where he passed for 1,527 yards, rushed for 1,063 yards, and scored 32 touchdowns to be named the district MVP.

Nwawuihe posted a 4.48 40-yard dash at the Elite 11.
