Texas is all-in on the recruitment of 2023 quarterback Arch Manning, the nephew of Peyton and Eli. Manning, the No. 1-ranked recruit in the 2023 class, is the only quarterback offered by the Longhorns in the current recruiting cycle. Texas' chances of landing the young Manning rose Sunday afternoon when three-star tight end Will Randle pledged to the Longhorns. Both attend Isidore Newman in Louisiana. The duo were on Texas' campus over the weekend for official visits.
