My name is Anthony Gonzales, and I am the head girls basketball coach in Hearne. I am wanting to recognize Chelsi Woods for her contributions to our Lady Eagle program. She was a joy to coach. There is nothing too difficult for her, as she is one of the hardest workers in our program. She has had success in volleyball, powerlifting, basketball, and track. She was a part in our basketball team becoming area champions for the first time in 20 years. She was the type of athlete to show up before school to work out, and then complete our team practice later in the day. I want to thank Chelsi for her dedication to our program.
