QB: Sam Ehlinger, Texas (Austin Westlake)
Ehlinger is really starting to separate himself from the other quarterbacks in the state. It was more of the same against Oklahoma State, with 281 yards and four touchdowns through the air and another 70 yards on the ground, along with a game-clinching first down.
RB: Tre Siggers, North Texas (Duncanville)
This Siggers kid just might be good. In his third game playing running back, Siggers exploded for 143 yards and two touchdowns on just 14 carries. Through three games, he has 395 yards and three touchdowns on 7.9 yards per carry.
WR: Reggie Roberson, SMU (Mesquite Horn)
Roberson only had four catches, but each one was massive and usually over multiple defenders. He posted 122 yards, including receptions of 35, 44 and 38 over elite defensive back Jeff Gladney.
OL: SMU
The Mustangs went up against TCU, one of the best fronts in the nation. The unit allowed just four tackles for loss and one sack. All four defensive line starters finished without a single tackle for loss or sack.
UTL: Marquez Stevenson, Houston
Stevenson continues to be one of the lone bright spots on a frustrating Houston squad. In the loss to Tulane, he had a 75-yard touchdown reception and a 34-yard carry. He finished with 155 all-purpose yards and a touchdown on just four touches.
