Blackcats junior TAKES HOME STATEWIDE HONORS FOR WEEK 10 OF THE 2017 TEXAS HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL SEASON.
Congratulations to Bay City QB Dylan Davidson, the Week 10 winner of the Mr. Texas Football Player of the Week award, presented by Wells Fargo in conjunction with the Advocare V100 Texas Bowl. The 6-1, 195-pound junior threw for 337 yards and 4 touchdowns while running for 226 yards and another score in the Blackcats’ 53-44 win over Sealy.
Blackcats fans can also be praised for their part in this honor, as they voted often enough to make sure that Dylan received the most votes in the poll on TexasFootball.com.
