1. Jackson Arnold (6'1, 205) - Oklahoma

The Elite 11 MVP and Under Armour All-American should immediately come in and push Dillon Gabriel for the starting job in Norman. He is blessed with the size, arm strength, and talent to play in year one.

2. Austin Novosad (6'3, 185) - Oregon

Novosad is a smooth operator who throws a consistently pretty ball. There is some solid talent on the roster in front of him, so a redshirt year may be in his best interest as he adjusts to the speed of the college game and bulks up in the weight room.

3. Jake Strong (6'1, 200) - Texas Tech

Don't sleep on Jake Strong. He is ultra-competitive. A four-year varsity player who holds all of Justin Northwest's major passing records. His ability to improvise in the pocket sets him apart. Fun fact: Strong is ambidextrous, a right-handed thrower who does everything else left-handed.

4. Jacobe Robinson (6'4, 225) - Boston College

Robinson comes from an athletic family and possesses the size and frame to develop into a P5 starter. Henderson struggled to a 1-9 record in 2022, creating a situation where the Eagles could keep the talented three-star on the commitment list.

5. Keldric Luster (5'10, 225) - SMU

Luster pushes up the list powered by a strong senior season at McKinney, where he led his team on a deep playoff run and was the center of the offense down the stretch. Luster makes up for a lack of height with a powerful arm and the ability to gash defenses in the QB run game.
