Ron Rainey

Rob’s favorite sports memory resides in San Antonio, Texas, at the Alamodome when Mario Chalmers pulled up for a game-tying three pointer with 3.6 seconds left to eventually lead the Kansas Jayhawks to their Fifth National Championship in 2008. That fall, Rob attended the University of Kansas pursuing a degree in Sports Management while also obtaining a business minor. During his last semester at KU, Rob packed his bags and moved down to the Lone Star State to complete an internship working for Rudy at TCU and for Adam at Dave Campbell’s Texas Football. On January 29, 2013, Rob put his hand on the “bible” of Texas Football and was sworn in as a full-time employee! Rob currently works in sales and resides in Las Colinas. In his free time, Rob is actively involved with the KU Alumni Dallas Chapter and enjoys binge watching shows and documentaries on Netflix.
