Commit of the Week - Waco La Vega 2026 WR Jabarie Thornton

The 5-foot-11, 175-pounder committed to North Texas, giving Eric Morris and Co. their highest-rated in-state commit in the 2026 cycle. Thornton is rated as the No. 99 prospect in the DCTX Rising 100.

Underclassman of the Week - Palestine Westwood 2027 QB Kavian Bryant

The 6-foot-2, 180-pounder committed to Texas Tech over offers from Texas, SMU, Colorado and Florida State.
