The Under Armour Next Football Camp Series made its annual stop in the Houston area on Sunday. Standouts can earn positional MVP honors and invitations to the Under Armour Next All-America Game or UA Next Future 50 Camp.

Here is a collection of 2026 EYE-OPENERS who caught our attention—these are the players who are flying under the radar but might not be for long.

CB Caeden Ward (La Marque) came in fresh off his Army commitment and backed it up with a strong camp showing, grabbing two interceptions and locking down in one-on-ones.

DB Aja Bradford (Lutheran South) remains one of the most physically imposing prospects on the circuit. Don’t be shocked if his offer list blows up this spring.

DB James Henderson (Cypress Falls) and Brendan Logan (Killeen Shoemaker) were relative unknowns entering the event, but both DBs proved they can lock up D1-caliber receivers. Expect their stock to rise.

DL Cason Applewhite (Palestine) is a force in the trenches and should be a tone-setter for Palestine. When they’re strong up front, they win—simple as that.

DL Amari Wilks (Pearland) is a rising name to know in a class thin on top-tier pass rushers. With Wilks opposite Oklahoma State DE commit Jaylen Stewart, the Oilers boast one of the most dangerous edge duos in the state. That 1-2 punch will cause problems.

DT Brysen Steele (Marlin) is a stout interior lineman with surprising get-off speed. He consistently knocked OL off their spot and refused to be moved. SFA is his most recent offer.

DT Zaqwaun Nunn (North Shore) plays with excellent leverage and quickness, routinely shooting gaps and making plays. His arrival at North Shore could be a game-changer.

OL Lucas Hickey (Prosper Walnut Grove) was one of the camp’s top surprises on the OL. Quick-footed and versatile, he could stick at tackle or slide inside to center.

QB Brady Barrier (Barbers Hill) stood out among QBs, going toe-to-toe with TCU commit Jack Dalton. McNeese may have landed a steal in this Barber’s Hill standout.

RB Edward Kelly Jr. (Klein) and RB G'Ivori Graham (San Antonio Harlan), two unsigned 2026 RBs, reportedly clocked sub-4.4 40s. If speed’s what you’re looking for, start with these two.

WR Juwan Woodbury (Galveston Ball) consistently found space and made one of the catches of the day—an end zone fingertip grab. He’s reliable and moves the chains.

WR Carlton Mims (Little Elm) made the trip from Little Elm and made it count. Offers are starting to roll in, and his refined skill set is catching eyes.

WR Prince Hall (Killeen Ellison) is a big-bodied receiver who used his frame well, consistently creating separation. He was a tough cover all afternoon.

WR Ty Sexton (Katy Jordan), formerly of Bridgeland, brings a new wrinkle to Katy Jordan’s offense. Quick and slippery, he’s a mismatch creator with offers starting to stack up.
