This series breaks down the best all-time in-state recruits in Dave Campbell's Texas Football's prospect rankings era (2012-2025) for each P4 college in Texas, one team at a time.

The Five Highest-Rated Baylor Bears Commits Since 2012

WR Robbie Rhodes | No. 3. 2013 | Fort Worth Southwest: Rhodes was dismissed from Baylor following an arrest after a freshman season where he played in 10 of 13 games.

QB Jarrett Stidham | No. 5, 2014 | Stephenville: Transferred from Baylor and finished his college career at Auburn. Currently with the Denver Broncos.

ATH Davion Hall | No. 6, 2014 | Texarkana Liberty-Eylau:  A rare two-way starter, Hall played 45 games during his four-year BU career.

WR KD Cannon | No. 7, 2014 | Mount Pleasant: Turned pro after three years in Waco and is currently No. 3 all-time in receiving yards with 3,113.

DE Javonte Magee | No. 11, 2012 | San Antonio Warren: Left Baylor after his freshman season due to personal issues. He played in 10 of 13 games as a freshman.

Note: 2018 (No. 8) Navasota WR Tren'Davian Dickson was omitted because he transferred post-Art Briles before ever suiting up in Waco.
