Prospect on the Rise

Waco Connally 2024 RB Kiefer Sibley (5'8, 175) had 27 carries for 356 yards and six touchdowns to lead the Cadets to a 48-40 win over Waco La Vega in a cross-town showdown.

With eight offers on the table, the three-star running back is sorting through recruiting options like Houston, Oklahoma State, Nebraska and Purdue.

Could his production on the field lead to even more recruiting attention?

College Spotlight - Team of the Week

After Texas State's big win over Baylor, we wanted to look closely at what GJ Kinne and his staff have been doing on the recruiting trail.

First and foremost, the Take Back Texas movement is something that Kinne and his staff take seriously, as all 11 of the 2024 commits are from the Lone Star State.

Here are a few names that you should know.

WR Jordan Martin - Dallas Kimball: The 5-foot-10, 165-pounder is the most heavily offered prospect on the commit list with 19. He picked the Bobcats over Arizona State, Boston College, Kansas, Ole Miss, North Texas and Tulsa.

CB Carson Williams - Spring Westfield: The 5-foot-11, 160-pounder had offers from Boise State, Kansas State, La. Tech and more. Williams is an aggressive-minded defender with a great blend of skills, including a 11.09 100-meter time.

OT Tyler Norris - Dallas White: If you're looking for a sleeper, check out this kid's tape. The 6-foot-4, 290-pounder is a punishing blocker who uses his hands effectively, is strong at the point of attack, runs pretty well.
