Florida already holds a commitment from DCTF four-star QB DJ Lagway but another top-tier prospect is officially on commitment watch.
McKinney 2024 S Xavier Filsaime (6'1, 180) was impressed with a recent unofficial visit to Florida and has plans for a return trip.
Filsaime plans to return to campus for the 2023 Orange and Blue spring football scrimmage (April 13-14).
With two short visits in such a tight period, we can't help but put Filsaime on commitment watch.

Other schools for consideration for the DCTF four-star are Arkansas, Baylor, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Oklahoma, Oregon, SMU, TCU, Tennessee and USC.
Texas A&M extended Filsaime an offer in January, and the in-state Aggies have also worked their way into Filsaime's consideration.
Filsaime checks in at No. 18 overall in the 2024 DCTF RISING Hot 100.
Filsaime collected 76 tackles, three FFs, and three FRs to earn first-team all-district honors as a junior in 2022.
