QB Jackson Arnold (6'1, 200) - Denton Guyer

Rates as one of the nation's elite arms. The Elite 11 finalist helped lead the Wildcats to the 6A Division II state championship game in 2021. Along the way, Arnold completed 67% of his passes, racked up over 4,600 yards of total offense and scored 46 touchdowns.

RB Rueben Owens II (5'11, 190) - El Campo

One of the most highly sought-after prospects in the nation, collecting more than 40 scholarship offers. The DCTF five-star is a proven commodity, rushing for over 5,308 yards and 76 touchdowns in a historical TXHSFB career. Owens is also blazing fast, posting a 10.68 100-meter dash.

RB A'Marion Peterson (6'0, 200) - Wichita Falls Hirschi

He is a very physical back who racks up an abundance of yards after contact. Peterson will get the ball frequently and is keyed on by every defender in the box, but they can not contain him. Rushed for 1,817 yards and 28 touchdowns to earn district MVP honors in 2021

WR Johntay Cook II (6'0, 170) - DeSoto

A wide receiver prospect who has the speed to run by defenders, but his quick-footed ability makes him a route runner who can consistently get open. He produces at a high level. He scored on 50% of his touches in 2021, collecting 19 touchdowns on 38 receptions.

WR Jalen Hale (6'2, 175) - Longview

Will be a four-year starter for John King's (Longview head coach) Lobos. Hale has continued to ramp up his production year over year. Last season he collected 1,154 yards and scored 14 touchdowns, catching the eye of the nation's most elite college programs.

FLEX/TE Jaden Greathouse (6'2, 205) - Austin Westlake

Greathouse has helped lead the Chaparrals to three consecutive state title wins and has started 46 straight games during that epic stretch. He earned Offensive MVP honors, setting a state championship record with 236 receiving yards and three touchdowns.

OL Markis Deal (6'5, 290) - Garland Naaman Forest

A two-way lineman who has college offers funneling in on both sides of the football. His upside may be highest on the offensive front, where he can use his quick feet, size, and strength to put defenders at a disadvantage. Owns more than 35 scholarship offers.

OL Ian Reed (6'6, 290) - Austin Vandegrift

The 25-6A Offensive Lineman of the Year has caught the eye of some of the nation's most elite programs and is verbally committed to Clemson. Dominant as a run blocker and dependable in pass protection. Reed easily tosses defenders around.

OL Isaiah Robinson (6'7, 285) - Arlington Lamar

With an 84-inch wingspan and a 10-inch hand, Robinson is a true offensive tackle who has the reach and ability to play on an island versus the best pass rushers. Earned OL MVP honors at the Next Level Athlete Texas Top 100 Showcase in Dallas.

OL Harris Sewell (6'4, 290) - Odessa Permian

Sewell is an offensive line prospect who has experience playing all of the positions up front. A road grater type with the mentality to engage with physicality every play. A three-year starter who earned all-district honors as a sophomore and junior.

OL TJ Shanahan (6'4, 325) - Austin Westlake

Transferred to Austin Westlake before his junior season and was a part of the state's best offensive line unit. Plays the game with a real nasty streak, consistently bullying at the point of contact. His play will be instrumental in the Chaps' quest for a fourth straight title.

Utility Mikal Harrison-Pilot (6'0, 190) - Temple

Harrison-Pilot is a true athlete on the field, with experience playing safety, wide receiver, and quarterback. His highest upside may be on the offensive side of the ball at wide receiver. With over 40 offers, the DCTF four-star is the state's most-heavily offered prospect.

Super Team Defense

DL Johnny Bowens (6'2, 265) - Converse Judson

Plays DE in Judson's defense but may slide inside at the next level. His size, power, and explosiveness will make him a nightmare for the interior offensive line to try and contain. He gets pressure on the quarterback, but his athleticism should see him develop into a run-stopping force.

DL David "DJ" Hicks (6'4, 270) - Katy Paetow

Defensive Player of the Year The DCTF five-star is big and physical enough to play inside and athletic enough to play outside. Hicks is going to be a mismatch wherever he lines up. Captured 5-6A Defensive MVP and all-state honors after collecting 22 tackles for a loss and 13 sacks in 2021.

DL Jordan Renaud (6'4, 245) - Tyler Legacy

Renaud has stood out against the top competition in Texas and Florida over the past two seasons. Strong enough to take on and shed blockers who stand in his way. Quick enough to penetrate the backfield and make tackles behind the line of scrimmage.

DL Colton Vasek (6'6, 230) - Austin Westlake

A technique-sound defender. Vasek is an athletic defensive end who even stands up and plays linebacker at times. He is a downhill, attacking style of player who will get to the football in a hurry. His father, Brian Vasek, played his college ball for the Texas Longhorns.

LB Anthony Hill Jr. (6'2, 225) - Denton Ryan

A fearsome defender who swallows up ball carriers in the open field. He arrives with bad intentions. Has had an epic start to his high school career. He's earned all-American honors twice, and he already owns a championship ring. The DCTF five-star has secured over 30 offers.

LB Derion Gullette (6'3, 225) - Teague

One of the state's best two-sport athletes. Gullette helped lead the Bulldogs to the state semifinals in football, dominating the competition. He racked up 125 tackles, rushed for 1,430 yards, and scored 14 touchdowns. Oh yeah, he's also an all-state punter.

DB Peyton Bowen (6'0, 185) - Denton Guyer

Teams tried to avoid him in 2021, but he still hauled in six interceptions to earn all-district honors. He helped lead Denton Guyer to the state championship game. A versatile defensive back who has experience playing safety and cornerback.

DB Malik Muhammad (6'0, 170) - South Oak Cliff

A true cover corner who has the size and skill to play on an island. Relishes the opportunity to match up one-on-one against the opposition's No. 1 receiver. Helped guide the Golden Bears to a state championship. Muhammad has collected over 40 scholarships.

DB Braxton Myers (6'1, 185) - Coppell

A big, physical cover corner in the Coppell defense, Myers has a refined technique and possesses natural size and length. Good pedigree. His father, Michael Myers, played at Alabama and for the Dallas Cowboys. Mayers has the skills to succeed at safety or corner.

DB Bravion Rogers (5'11, 185) - La Grange

A great athlete who dominates the competition on both sides of the football. He earned all-district honors at CB and WR. His position value may be highest on the defensive side of the ball, and he could be a valuable cornerback or safety at the next level.

DB Javien Toviano (6'0, 185) - Arlington Martin

Toviano is considered one of America's best cover cornerbacks, but he is a two-way standout under the Friday Night Lights. Has the blend of character and skill that every college coach covets. The No. 1 rated CB in the state has offers from virtually all of the nation's elite programs.

Utility Dalton Brooks (6'1, 175) - Shiner

Brooks owns Friday nights. He is an unstoppable force in the Shiner offense, who can kick it into another gear when needed to run by defenders. On defense, he is a ball-hawk—a centerfield-style free safety who will lay the wood. Brooks is rated as a DCTF four-star.
