The Headliner

Dalton Brooks (6'1, 175) - Shiner: Brooks owns offers from the nation's most elite programs, but Alabama, Texas, and Texas A&M have surged. His cousin (RB Jonathan Brooks) plays at Texas, and the Longhorns were his first offer, but confidence is high in College Station. Brooks is a true two-way star who has offers to play on either side of the ball in college. He is a ball-hawking safety and a wide receiver prospect who will make defenders miss in the open field.

The Sleeper

Bryson Washington (5'11, 200) - Franklin: Starred on both sides of the football in Franklin's 49-35 win over Gunter in the 3A Divison II state championship, and he has offers to play safety, linebacker, or running back in college. On offense, he is a guy who has the unique ability to escape tackles. He gets to the football in a hurry and will lower the boom on defense. He has collected 12 offers with in-state schools like Houston, SMU, TCU, Texas Tech and UTSA on the list.

The Steal

Jmaury Davis (6'2, 200) - Clarendon: Texas Tech got an outstanding talent in the two-way, two-sport standout from the small 2A program in West Texas. In addition to being a great football player, Davis also helped guide Clarendon to a state title in basketball. Tech DL coach Zarnell Fitch ran point on his recruitment, but he has been recruited to play safety in Lubbock.
