Dallas W.T. White has promoted offensive coordinator Kenchee Ross to head coach, Dave Campbell's Texas Football has learned.
Ross spearheaded a Longhorns offense that eclipsed 50 points in four games last season for a team that went 6-5 and 4-1 in district play.
