Denton Ryan offensive coordinator Lonnie Teagle will take over as the next head coach at Katy Paetow, souces tell Dave Campbell's Texas Football.
Teagle will take over for B.J. Gotte, who left for the same role at Pearland High School in late February after leading the Panthers to the 5A DI state championship last season.
Teagle was hired as the running backs coach at Ryan in 2019 and was promoted to offensive coordinator in June 2020. Ryan averaged 46.1 and 33.9 points per game, respectively, over the last two seasons.
