Three Key Additions

Who were the highest-rated signees or prospects who might come in and make a significant impact?

WR Jordan Hudson (6'1, 180) - Garland: Hudson checks in as the No. 17 prospect in the DCTF Hot 100 and is the No. 3 WR. Many compare Hudson to former TXHSFB greats, and it is easy to see why. The DFW standout has got tremendous size, speed and hands. Hudson has terrific field presence and is very difficult to get to the ground after he catches the ball. Was named the 9-6A Offensive Player of the Year.

S Chace Biddle (6'0, 190) - Garland: The second four-star signing from Garland High. Biddle is rated as the No. 41 prospect in the DCTF Hot 100 and the No. 4 safety. A hard-hitting safety with 10.70 100-meter speed. Biddle collected over 20 offers, making him one of the most highly sought-after defensive backs in the state. He is aggressive downhill versus the run and can effectively cover the middle of the field.

ATH Major Everhart (5'11, 170) - Amarillo Tascosa: Everhart checks in as the No. 49 prospect in the DCTF Hot 100, the No. 5 ATH. Everhart has a legit claim as the fastest 2022 prospect in the state. He runs a 10.38 100-meter dash and a 21.42 200-meter dash. The West Texas standout running back will likely slide out to receiver in college, where he can use his speed and make you miss ability in space.

Hometown Hero

What prospect was a fan favorite on social media or a local hero who starred near the campus?

Kyron Chambers (6'0, 195) - South Oak Cliff: TCU is hot on the trail of a number of SOC's top-rated talents and it has established a pipeline in the DFW power with the signing of Chambers. After making the move from RB to DB as a sophomore, Chambers has flourished. He has the size and physicality to play safety, but he also has the cover ability to be play corner. Wherever he lines up, you better believe he will lay the wood.

Super Sleeper

We pick one prospect on the commit list and break down how he might outplay his ranking in college.

DE Paul Oyewale (6'4, 250) - Langham Creek: Oyewale is a three-sport standout (football, basketball, track) who has hit his stride on the grid this Fall. He has the desired size of a strongside end, exhibits a quick first step, and is athletic enough to make tackles in space. This Houston-area defender shot up recruiting charts with a strong senior season.
