Highest-Rated: WR Evan Stewart (Frisco Liberty)

The 6-foot-0, 175-pounder is considering offers from Texas, Alabama, Florida and LSU. Stewart has shot up the recruiting charts because of his overall top-end speed (10.58 100-meter) and athleticism (24-6.5 long jump). Frisco Liberty took some huge strides on the field last season and has key talent returning in 2021.

Top Underclassman: WR Jalen Hale (Longview)

The 6-foot-2, 175-pounder is already rated as a DCTF four-star and is a serious contender to add five-star status soon enough. Hale is the type of receiver who has the size to overpower high school defensive backs. Major colleges have taken notice as he has collected offers from schools like Texas, Texas A&M, Alabama, Florida, Ohio State and Oklahoma.

MVP: S Bryan "BJ" Allen (Aledo)

The 6-foot-0, 185-pounder is verbally committed to Texas. While he is listed as a safety, it is expected that he will contribute in a number of ways this season as the Bearcats will factor heavily in the title picture.
