2023 QB Jackson Arnold - Denton Guyer:
Arnold was already on the radar with double-digit offers, but this was a coming-out party for him on the national recruiting scene. He has firmly established himself as one of the best quarterbacks in his class nationally and is the front-runner to be rated as the No. 1 QB in the state (2023). Arnold helped lead Denton Guyer to the Division I consolation championship.

2023 WR Johntay Cook II - DeSoto:
Will be in the discussion for five-star status by the time it is all said and done. Cook is super smooth in and out of his breaks and rangy. He is also electric and twitchy in short-area bursts, giving him a combination of skills that make him difficult to cover. He has 32 offers, including Texas, Texas A&M, Alabama, Ohio State and Oklahoma. Katy Tompkins knocked out DeSoto.

2022 QB Cade Klubnik - Austin Westlake:
Klubnik was the talk of the tournament and performed up to his No. 2 QB ranking. He is a great team leader who can make all of the throws. The Clemson commit continues to get stronger and more polished at every stop. Next up for him is the Elite 11 Finals. Westlake fell to Lake Travis in a tough fashion in the Division I championship bracket quarterfinals.

2022 WR Matthew Golden - Klein Cain:
Golden played so well that he earned DCTF four-star status in the middle of the tournament. The TCU commit may have the best hands in the state and has tremendous ball-tracking skills. He catches everything thrown in his direction. Klein Cain lost to Westlake in the second round of the Division I championship bracket.

TCU WR commit Matthew Golden is the newest DCTF four-star

2022 QB Conner Weigman - Cypress Bridgeland:
Weigman lived up to his ranking expectations. The DCTF four-star came alive on day two with some of the tournament's most impressive passes. The Texas A&M commit has been in baseball mode (he's also one of the state's best baseball players). Still, as he developed more feel, he started to light up the scoreboard. The semifinal matchup in the Division I consolation bracket semifinals is a must-watch if you are a Texas A&M fan.
