Five-star defensive tackle Keithian “Bear” Alexander, a Georgia verbal commit, has transferred from Denton Ryan to White Settlement Brewer based on multiple reports and confirmed by Denton Ryan head coach Dave Henigan on Tuesday.

Alexander, who became eligible at Denton Ryan mid-season, was a huge part of a state title winning defense for the Raiders and his addition and likely eligibility at Brewer will without question make a very young, but talented Brewer team that much better in 2020.

Brewer will be Alexander’s fourth high school in four years as he played varsity football as a freshman at Terrell, spent his sophomore season at Dallas Skyline, but was ruled ineligible by the UIL. He then enrolled at Denton Ryan shortly before his junior season.

Alexander is the No. 6-ranked player in 2022 on TexasFootball.com and the No. 1 DT in the state.
