The Texas high school football coach’s recommendation and in-person evaluations play a significant role in DCTF’s rankings process. Through those combined efforts we try to provide our fans an accurate guideline to track the top college-bound prospects in the state.
New Four-Stars in the Updated DCTF Hot 100
Gordon has been equally impressive this offseason, constantly turning heads in events showcasing athleticism and pass-catching ability that is rare in a running back. Gordon's ability to step up in the playoffs and put his team on his back helped decide to push him up the rankings ladder even easier. Gordon now checks in at No. 42 in the DCTF 100.
An edge defender who is considering top offers like Texas, Texas A&M and Oklahoma. With a quick first step, Brown can get into the backfield in a hurry and his 6'4, 210-pound frame gives him the length and frame to add the requisite mass in college to take on powerful offensive tackles. True edge-rushing specialists are hard to find and brown has the tools colleges desire.
