Longview 2023 WR Jalen Hale (6'3, 175) has quickly become one of the nation's most highly recruited prospects.

The DCTF four-star prospect has 24 offers coming in from some of the nation's most prolific programs.

"Oklahoma, Ohio State, Alabama and Texas A&M," Hale answered when asked about key offers that have come in so far. "It feels good."

With offers coming in from coast-to-coast, there are still a few schools out there that Hale would like to have the chance to consider.

"Clemson, Florida, Oregon," hale answered when asked who what offers he was still hungry to receive. "There is not a lot more, but there are some more."

Hale is considering elite programs, but at the end of the day, he is looking for the right fit, and hopefully, that leads him to a national championship one day.

"I am not going to go based off of that, but I want to win it when I go," Hale answered when asked about picking a school based on national title aspirations. "I hope everything opened back up so I can get to go on these visits (and make a more informed decision).

Hale plays for one of the most storied programs in Texas high school football and would like to have that type of college culture.

"It is exciting playing for the Longview Lobos," Hale said. "We always have a good crowd. It is home for me. I love the coaching staff and all that."

"When I hit the field, I am not too much worried about anything outside the game. I am not worried about my offers or any of that. I am just out there to play my game."

As a sophomore, Hale had 39 receptions for 699 yards and 10 touchdowns to earn 7-5A Division I Offensive Newcomer of the Year honors.

"My strengths as a player -- I have really good high-pointing skills," Hale explained. "I am fast. I can get in and out of my breaks.  I feel like the colleges have come through because maybe I am a fit for their school, and maybe I am somebody they want on their team."
